I AM POWER Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items.

Return Policy

    • All returns must include a detailed Drs of payment
    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
    • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
    • Packages that arrive COD will be denied
    • Final Sale items may not be returned.
    • Please note that we do not process exchanges. If you’d like to re-order your product(s) in a different size/color or order a new item entirely, please place a new order.
    • Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.
    • Ship your package using a trackable shipping method. I AM POWER Shop cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at I AM POWER Shop within the 30-day timeline specified above, please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

    • You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from I AM POWER Shop US.
    • Need a Different Size/Color? We do not offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You'll get the right size or colorfast if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
